    Table salt:

    Also called granulated salt, it is produced by boiling and evaporation of brine. It may be iodized and contains anti-caking agents. 
    

    Texture:

    Indicates the appearance of a cut portion of bread or cake. 
    

    Thicken:

    Make a liquid dense by adding an ingredient like cornstarch, egg yolk, tapioca, flour, rice or potato starch or flour; also to bind.
    

    Toss:

    To mix ingredients lightly by lifting and dropping with a spoon, or spoon and fork.
    

    Twist:

    Turn two strands or sections in opposite directions.
    

    Turbinado sugar:

    Raw sugar that has been refined to a light tan color by washing it in a centrifuge to remove surface molasses.
