    Creamy blend of 1/2 cup butter (4 oz) and 1/2 cup honey beaten until smooth and spreadable.
    

    Humidity:

    The amount of moisture in the air; in baking, the percent humidity needed for proofing or baking bread.
    

    Hydrate:

     To moisten or combine with water or liquids.
